We are looking for a Customer Marketing eCommerce Intern for a full-time internship for 6 months (40 hrs/week) starting from Aug/Sep 2026. You will support the execution of regional eRetail campaign activations. You will work closely with E-commerce Customer Marketing Managers, Sales IKAMs, Marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to contribute to on-time, brand-compliant execution and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Your main focus:

  • Support the implementation of consumer engagement calendars and retailer activations (e.g., Notino, Amazon, etc.).
  • Assist in managing campaign assets, timelines, approvals, and budget tracking.
  • Contribute to performance tracking, reporting, and basic ROI analysis.
  • Coordinate with Media, Content, Digital Shelf, and Local Market teams to support execution.
  • Support best practice sharing, process improvement initiatives, and testing of new formats (e.g., social commerce).

  • Are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Show interest in campaign performance tracking and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate well within a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Are comfortable working with MS Excel and PowerPoint; any exposure to eRetail platforms is a plus.
  • Have a strong interest in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
