What tasks can you expect with us?

  • Act as the first point of contact for VIP clients via phone and email.
  • Handle service calls and emails related to news, corporate actions, margin calls, mass communications, fee changes, and similar topics.
  • Ensure all inquiries are handled empathetically and follow key steps to de-escalate situations.
  • Manage and de-escalate client complaints, including proper reporting when a complaint is formal.
  • Support clients and resolve complex disputes quickly and effectively.
  • Work on VIP projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of upcoming competitor changes, identifying their impact on the company and business.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on procedures and process improvements to enhance the VIP client experience.
  • Manage VIP client relationships through commercial calls and attendance at physical events.
  • Analyze VIP client trends, behaviors, characteristics, and preferences.
  • Act as a company ambassador and promote the mission, vision, and goals.
  • Maintain close relationships with top clients.
  • Maintain and improve an open communication culture.
  • Foster a culture of excellence to ensure consistent service quality.

What do we want from you?

  • Relevant experience in customer support, account management, or relationship management.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English with exceptional customer support skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products used by retail investors, particularly complex products such as options, futures, and turbos, including trading strategies.
  • A degree in Finance, Business Management, or Economics. We are also keen on applicants with degrees in Hospitality, Law, or Humanities, if you can demonstrate a strong interest in the financial markets.
