Internship Supply Chain E-Commerce Supply Chain

Job Description

In this internship, you will enhance your understanding of the role that Supply Chain plays in an international eCommerce environment, and you will develop your communication skills in a complex matrix organisation.

Your key activities will be:

• KPI Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using our operational performance dashboards (reporting, monitoring, analysing & improved suggestions)
• Overseeing our order flow from A to Z (payments, open orders, stock allocation, on-time-dispatch, returns) by being in close contact with the warehouses, IT teams and local supply chain representatives
• Day-to-day escalation management of our Consumer care (close contact with supervisors, identify and report risks when needed)

Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:

• You must be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program at a Dutch university and live in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship and currently reside in the Netherlands
• Fluent English + solid MS Office skills (bonus points for experience in eCommerce)
• Proactive, curious, structured — but also fun to work with!
• Available 5–6 months, 4 or 5 days/week (4 in-office, 1 remote)
• Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's.

Additional Information

💡 We’re looking for a Supply Chain eCommerce Intern to join our headquarters in Utrecht. The start date is flexible — ideally as soon as possible, but January is also an option.
