Job Description

As the D2P Project & Team Lead, you will be part of the PMO organization, reporting to the Global Design Excellence Manager. You will be responsible for leading the Design-to-Print (D2P) process for all printed packaging artworks across Tier 1, 2, and 3 brands, ensuring seamless execution from design to final print production.

  • Lead and coach a team of D2P coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality packaging artwork across the global and local portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end D2P process for innovations, brand renovations, and local marketing initiatives, ensuring all milestones are met within the Design-to-Print Management tool.
  • Oversee project prioritization and resource allocation within the team to balance workload and ensure on-time delivery of multiple complex projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Factories, to align technical requirements with brand strategy.
  • Drive process excellence and continuous improvement within the D2P landscape to enhance speed-to-market.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, tracking key metrics and the financial impact of process changes to provide transparency to senior leadership.

Qualifications

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant Professional Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Design-to-Print, packaging production, and packaging artwork coordination within a production-oriented design environment.
  • People Leadership: Proven experience in guiding, coaching, and motivating team members in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
  • Advanced Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and create clarity under time pressure.
  • Technical Packaging Knowledge: Good understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and artwork management systems.
  • Strategic Influencing: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners across commercial and technical functions.
  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in administration and the ability to evaluate the financial implications of process adjustments.
