You and your future

During this graduation internship at Rabobank, you work on your career by combining software development, data analysis and dashboarding. You explore data, build useful insights and help improve applications that support colleagues and entrepreneurs. You will spend most of your time working independently on your assignment for studies. You will also work with a multidisciplinary team and learn from experienced developers, a product owner and business analysts. You will be assigned a dedicated mentor during the internship, and together with the team you will do code reviews, pair programming and short iterations. This way you will gain hands-on experience. And then? You will have stronger technical skills, more experience with stakeholders and a clearer view of your future as a developer.

• You are in your 3rd or 4th year of an HBO degree
• You have basic programming knowledge (frontend and/or backend)
• You are interested in backend development and possibly frontend
• You are able to work independently and take initiative
• You are comfortable reaching out to colleagues and asking questions
• You enjoy both analysing and building solutions
