You work within the Credit Provisions & Stress Testing sub-team. Here, you collaborate with analytical colleagues with a strong focus on data, modelling and reporting. The team culture is open, collaborative and knowledge-driven. Colleagues actively share expertise and work closely together to improve outcomes. You have space to take initiative and broaden your scope, for example in regulation or advanced analytics.

Your profile

You bring structure to complex topics and keep a clear overview. You connect the dots and translate analysis into practical advice. You engage confidently with different stakeholders and build strong working relationships. You enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues. At the same time, you stay curious and critical, always looking for ways to improve processes and insights.

You have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in credit risk, provisioning, stress testing or forecasting
  • Experience within a financial institution, preferably including ICAAP (EBA ST is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience handling complex datasets
  • Experience with data platforms and IT systems for risk analysis
  • Knowledge of BCBS239 and relevant regulations (CRR / Basel II-IV, ECB/EBA guidelines)
  • Experience with macroeconomic scenario analysis
  • Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)

Behaviour we want to see within Risk Management:

  • Debate, debate, decide - I gain different perspectives on impact throughout the value chain. I then take the decision, accept the decision and respect single accountability & responsibility.
  • Keep it simple - I start with the goal, I set well-defined requirements, I proactively address dependencies, I seek feasibility in plans and I don’t overpromise.
  • Embrace Good - I don't go for perfect and I do what is right and compliant.
  • From being nice to being kind - I ask and act on feedback, I am open about the good, the bad and the ugly. I reflect, I adapt and I move forward.
  • No excuses, stay the course - I take the lead, I own it. I act quickly, I standardize progress updates to ensure timely support and I escalate.
