As an intern within the IT & Gaming team, you will contribute to the development of a commercial e-learning program that supports knowledge growth and category performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will take ownership of a high-impact project from strategy to execution, working closely with HR, commercial teams, and external partners. Your scope of work

  • Analyze the current learning landscape, identify knowledge gaps, and translate insights into a structured training roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Learning & Development team to align learning initiatives with company-wide frameworks, tools, and standards
  • Work alongside the IT & Gaming category team to create engaging, commercially relevant, and technically accurate training content
  • Develop practical skills in project management, content creation, stakeholder communication, and learning program design
  • Coordinate with leading hardware suppliers and guide them in contributing high-quality training materials to the program
  • Obtain a clear understanding of how product knowledge, learning, and commercial performance are connected within a modern retail business
  • Focus on building a scalable training ecosystem covering hardware categories such as notebooks, tablets, desktops, printers, monitors, and e-readers, resulting in a live or near-live e-learning program that can be actively used and expanded by the business team
