About the Role:

As a Team Lead Logistics (m/f/d) for Sundays (Part-Time) in our logistics center, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all operational processes within your area: Value Added Service (VAS). Together with your team, you make sure that quality and quantity standards are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 20–50 employees within the logistics department
• Coach, train, and motivate your team to ensure performance and development
• Act as the main point of contact for operational and people-related topics
• Coordinate and monitor daily operations
• Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and report to the Shift Lead or Workflow
• Monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours

About You:

• Studies in Logistics/Supply Chain area or initial experience in leading or coordinating employees (career changers are welcome) or strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
• Flexibility to work on at least 3 Sundays per month
• Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Open and honest personality with the ability to build trust within a team
• Strong team orientation and a good understanding of people and operational processes
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
