Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and development of key customers and strategic accounts in the Benelux region, focusing on building long-term customer relationships and driving business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders, including procurement, operations, IT teams, and relevant business contacts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal preparation, commercial discussions, contract negotiation support, and post-sales follow-up.
- Work closely with pre-sales, project delivery, product, and service teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective technical and commercial solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings and project discussions, supporting solution alignment and commercial coordination.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and support account expansion initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, support issue resolution, and help maintain strong long-term customer partnerships.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems, contribute to sales forecasting, and support the achievement of regional revenue targets.
- Track market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities, and share insights with internal teams to support product and go-to-market improvements.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business engagements when required.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA or commercial training is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within retail technology, IT solutions, electronics, or system integration environments.
- Initial experience or exposure to solution-based sales cycles and customer relationship management in a B2B environment.
- Good understanding of the Benelux retail landscape and customer buying processes is considered an advantage.
- Highly hands-on, commercially driven, and comfortable operating as an individual contributor rather than a people manager.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, self-driven, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required; additional languages are an advantage.
