You need the following qualifications for the position:

• A Master’s degree related to Business and/or Technology and 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience in Digital Commerce and/or Martech platforms, preferably in consulting;
• A proven track record in business analysis (methods), writing functional designs, and various project management techniques (agile, waterfall and/or other project methodologies);
• Experience in working with cross-functional and international teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, analytical capabilities, and being results-oriented;
• Experience with at least one commerce and/or marketing platform solution, for example CDPs, eCommerce platforms, PIMs, Merchandising tooling, Loyalty platforms, or experience with specific vendors such as Salesforce, Adobe, Commercetools or SAP in the marketing & eCommerce domain.

You and your colleagues will provide our clients with the latest knowledge & expertise in the field of Digital Commerce & Marketing platforms. You will advise our clients on how to execute technology enabled transformations from strategy to implementation, leveraging leading platforms including Salesforce, Adobe and more. We are looking for highly driven consultants who want to make a difference for Deloitte and our clients.

How do you do this?

• Apply your expertise to implement Marketing & eCommerce related platforms, solutions, and tooling at our clients.
• Support our clients to select the right technological solution that best matches their Marketing & eCommerce operations and strategy.
• Collect and analyse business requirements through interactive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and research.
• Shape the solutions and workflows in agile multidisciplinary teams together with creatives, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Empower our clients to use their Marketing & eCommerce solutions to their full potential.
• Embrace and stay up to date with the developments in AI in the Marketing & eCommerce domain, and pioneer AI solutions for improved value delivery.
