At Karsten International, we're looking for a creative and commercially minded Collection & Brand Designer who can turn market insights into inspiring collections, strong visual concepts and compelling sales materials.

In this role you'll work at the intersection of design, trends and commerce. You'll help shape the visual direction of our brands and product collections while ensuring every touchpoint, from packaging and catalogues to retail displays and e-commerce, looks inspiring, consistent and commercially effective.

You'll have a direct impact on how consumers experience our products across Europe.

Job description

Do you have a sharp eye for trends, design and branding? Are you someone who spots what's next and knows how to translate it into products, collections and commercial concepts that sell?

Your responsibilities include:

Trend, Collection & Concept Development

  • Translate market insights, consumer needs and seasonal trends into inspiring collection themes, color palettes, design directions and visual concepts.
  • Help shape the creative direction of our brands and product collections, ensuring each concept is both visually strong and commercially relevant.

Retailer Activation & Sales Materials

  • Create compelling sales materials, product overviews, mood boards and tailored retailer presentations that clearly communicate the collection story.
  • Ensure product assortments are presented in an inspiring and commercial way, helping retailers understand the concept, see the sales potential and present our products effectively to their customers.

eMerchandising & Digital Product Presentation

  • Shape the online presentation of our products by ensuring product detail pages, visuals, descriptions and key selling points are complete, consistent and conversion-focused.
  • Continuously improve how our collections are presented across digital platforms, creating an inspiring brand experience that supports customer decision-making and commercial performance.

What we are looking for:

  • 4–7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong sense of trends with a commercial mindset and a passion for lifestyle and non-food products.
  • Highly developed eye for design, aesthetics, and product presentation, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent visual and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
