Your key responsibilities
- Assess and help enhance the internal learning platform to improve user experience and impact.
- Support the creation of our dsm-firmenich Learning Academy.
- Contribute to the yearly employee cycle through process insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Support the development of global career pathing frameworks and promotion guidelines.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement solutions that foster a strong learning culture and organizational effectiveness.
- Support global Learning & Talent initiatives to strengthen the learning ecosystem and talent processes.

You bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Communication, or a related field (e.g., Change Management / Organizational Development).
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HR processes.
- Initial experience or exposure to L&D, Performance Management, Change Management, Communications, or HR Technology / People Analytics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Well-developed analytical thinking and ability to interpret data and identify insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Currently enrolled at a Dutch university.
- You will have student status during the term of the agreement, i.e., from August 2026 to September 2026 (4-5 months).
- Your university will cosign the internship agreement.
