Supplier Quality & Raw Material Qualification Intern

As a Raw Material Qualification Intern, you will support the Global Raw Material Qualification / Supplier Quality team in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance through strong master data management, reporting creation, and participation in digitalization and continuous improvement activities. You will work in a global, cross-functional environment collaborating with stakeholders across Procurement, Formulation, and Regional Quality. The position offers hands-on experience in a global environment with meaningful impact on supplier and raw material qualification processes, along with opportunities to develop through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and a continuous learning culture.

Your key responsibilities

• Support raw material qualification and master data processes.
• Maintain and improve raw material and supplier master data integrity by tracking accuracy, completeness of critical fields, and low rework rate on updates.
• Create dashboards and track KPIs.
• Support the improvement of raw material cycle-times and process-efficiency gains in targeted workflows.
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement activities.
• Support supplier audits and complaints, with exposure to supplier quality routines.

The start date is flexible and can be set between July 1 and October 2026. The initial contract is for a minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

You bring

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; comfortable working with structured datasets.
• Strong Excel skills, including data cleaning, pivot tables, formulas, and structured reporting.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to document procedures and structure information.
• Strong interest in data and processes and project management skills.
• Exposure to SAP/ERP and master data concepts (material/vendor master, governance) is a plus.
• Familiarity with supplier quality concepts such as ISO 9001/GMP basics, FSSC 22000, HACCP, risk analysis, GMP frameworks, management of change, audit principles, and CAPA is a plus.

You will have student status during the term of the agreement, i.e., from July 2026 to December 2026 (minimum 6 months).
