The Global Out-of-Home (OOH) Excellence team is a cornerstone of the company’s growth strategy, ensuring world-class execution across markets. By defining global standards for technology and processes, the team drives consistency, scalability, and innovation. Acting as a hub for integration and best-practice sharing, it enables operational efficiency through advanced tools and data-driven insights while fostering collaboration between markets and partners. This function empowers local teams to deliver superior customer experiences and positions the company to lead in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven OOH landscape.

The Go-to-Market Transformation Lead shapes the future of OOH operations by designing and harmonizing critical processes—such as distributor management, retail execution, route optimization, order collection, delivery planning, and warehouse management—across all markets. This role ensures these processes are supported by integrated, best-in-class systems that deliver efficiency and agility. By driving cross-functional collaboration and leveraging technology innovation, the GTM Transformation Lead secures operational continuity during major transitions and builds a foundation for sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and standardize core go-to-market processes—such as distributor management, retail execution, route optimization, order collection, delivery planning, and warehouse management—while bringing strong business understanding to ensure processes are practical, scalable, and aligned with market realities.
  • Define requirements for supporting systems based on process design, contribute to their development, and ensure seamless integration to enable efficiency, scalability, and agility across markets.
  • Drive alignment between commercial, supply chain, and technology teams, as well as external partners, to deliver cohesive GTM solutions.
  • Guide market teams during major transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems while safeguarding operational continuity.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data analytics for process optimization and enhanced customer experience.
  • Ensure appropriate reporting and analytics solutions are in place to track GTM effectiveness, demand fulfillment, and operational KPIs, and use these insights to support leadership decision-making.

What you need to succeed:

Skills, experiences & qualifications:

  • Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and design efficient, scalable go-to-market processes.
  • Skilled at converting business process needs into clear system requirements for technology teams.
  • Comfortable guiding markets through major transitions and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Ability to interpret data and use insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process optimization and leveraging technology for efficiency.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and process design across multiple markets.
  • Hands-on experience with design of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and retail execution tools, including involvement in system deployment projects.
  • Track record of leading or supporting business transformation initiatives in FMCG or similar industries.
  • Previous experience framing business questions and defining analytics requirements to ensure reporting solutions support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or in a global role, with an understanding of diverse operational models.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technology partners.
