At Allseas, we give each other the freedom to thrive, develop, have fun and be proud of what we achieve together. We are pioneers in heart and soul. In a world that is changing more than ever, we are constantly finding new ways to enable and deploy ground-breaking advances in the offshore energy market. We offer the chance to innovate and improve, providing you the platform to realise your ambitions and dreams.

Are you enthusiastic and driven to play a critical role in ensuring that our pioneers have an exceptional experience in their end-to-end relocation? For our office in Delft, we are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Specialist who is fully responsible for our Global Mobility division and its further expansion.

Your role

Within Allseas, you are responsible for the full international assignment, (offshore) secondments and relocation cycle, including but not limited to: immigration, (international) payrolling, salary split set-up and coordination, compensation & benefits arrangements, international taxation and social security. You are the point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g. Management, employees assigned abroad) and external suppliers (e.g. tax service providers, immigration and relocation providers).

As part of the Compensation & Benefits team, you report directly to the Manager Compensation & Benefits. You work closely with Allseas’ Management, our Group Tax & Finance Department and various internal functional teams such as Compensation & Benefits Specialists, HR Consultants, HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Travel & Visa. Furthermore, you will:

  • Preparing assignment packages and actively advising management on alternatives in the event of conflicts or problems;
  • Continuously seeking operational improvements for both the organisation and the team, such as process changes, improved communication, and developing and adding new assignment services;
  • Provide advice and training to the Global Mobility support function and other internal stakeholders;
  • Coordination and advice on international payroll administration, including but not limited to the implementation and processing of salary calculations for expatriates, salary split arrangements, and payroll tax adjustments to prevent double taxation;
  • Maintaining relationships with external suppliers, including invoicing, negotiating agreements, and monitoring deliverables;

What we expect from you

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant in-house work experience in the field of Global Mobility;
  • You have a completed MSc/BSc degree in tax law or tax economics;
  • Preferably additional education on fiscal, social insurance, labour law or a combination of those;
  • Knowledge of complex (cross-border) employee related regulations and legislation (e.g. taxes, social security, immigration, labour law);
  • You have a good command of both the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office, and particularly MS Excel.

What we offer

Join a team-minded and energetic organisation, with committed professional colleagues. Work in a dynamic, world-leading offshore company, with sustainability highly valuated. An easy to reach fully renovated office close to the historic city centre of Delft.

  • An excellent pension scheme;
  • A company bicycle scheme and fitness scheme;
  • A collective health insurance;
  • A wide range of education and training opportunities (both internal and external).
