About this role

We're looking for a Global Workplace Systems and Processes Lead to join our Workplace Excellence team, reporting to the Head of Workplace Excellence. This role sits at the intersection of performance management, financial controls, systems optimization, and data-driven decision making.

In this position, you'll design and implement performance frameworks that matter—building KPIs, SLAs, and executive dashboards that drive real insights and improvement. You'll establish financial controls across budgeting, procurement, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with our policies.

You'll also lead the charge on critical tools and systems like IWMS, ticketing platforms, and financial tracking systems, driving AI integration for automation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll provide BI-driven insights and technical leadership on projects that shape how we operate globally.

This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, analysis, and continuous improvement—someone who can lead, deliver, and care about making a lasting impact on workplace operations.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Design, implement and maintain a performance management framework (KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics) and executive reporting/dashboards; perform deep-dive analyses and recommend improvements
  • Establish and manage financial controls for Workplace processes (budgeting, procurement, vendor management, expense tracking); ensure compliance with policies and collaborate with Finance/Audit
  • Oversee OpEx and CapEx planning and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
  • Lead selection, implementation and optimisation of critical tools/systems (e.g., IWMS, ticketing, financial tracking); define requirements, manage vendors, ensure data integrity
  • Coordinate training and change management initiatives; drive AI integration for automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide advanced data analysis and BI-driven insights (scenario modeling, risk assessment, ROI evaluation) and translate findings into clear narratives for leadership
  • Provide technical leadership on project and process frameworks (Agile/Waterfall), map and improve processes, drive continuous improvement
  • Manage a portfolio of operational and strategic projects (delivery, resourcing, risk mitigation) while maintaining focus on quality outcomes

What will you bring to the team?

  • Degree-level knowledge in Business, Finance, or Operations, or equivalent combination of professional certifications and practical experience
  • Proven track record of establishing controls and performance metrics in Business Operations, Financial Analysis, Corporate Real Estate, or similar environments
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing financial control frameworks and performance measurement systems
  • Proven ability to perform advanced data analysis and produce executive-level insights using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced spreadsheet modeling
  • Strong technical project management skills and experience implementing enterprise-level systems (e.g., ERP, IWMS)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across all levels
  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, FM/Workplace certification) is a plus
  • Experience in a high-growth or rapidly scaling technology company is desirable
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) best practices is beneficial
