We have a great opportunity in the NN Group HR Reward team for an experienced Project Delivery Lead focused on the NN Insurance International Business Units. The team is looking for talent that acts as a trusted experienced expert on securing the delivery of the implementation of the newly developed NN Global Job Framework.

The project is anticipated to run until the end of 2026 and requires flexibility in terms of availability. Initially, this will most likely be approximately 16–32 hours per week, with the workload expected to decrease towards the end of the year. Start date is 1 July for half a year, 16–32 hours per week, depending on the project phase.

What you are going to do

For the Global Job Framework programme, we are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Lead to support the next phase of implementation.

The programme is already in flight, with deliverables developed. The focus is on a structured, high-quality rollout across approximately 10 countries, following a rolling and partially overlapping schedule. It combines PMO and project management activities.

  • You will play a key role in ensuring execution discipline, alignment and transparency across the core team and country teams, helping to translate plans into tangible delivery.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate planning, milestones, dependencies and country rollout progress. Actively track deliverables, ownership and deadlines as a “deadline driver”. Maintain core PMO artefacts, including planning, scheduling of meetings, action tracking and progress reporting.

  • Drive alignment between the core team and local project managers.
  • Facilitate core team and cross-country alignment meetings.
  • Ensure coordination across HR, communication, digital and other expert disciplines.
  • Identify and structure risks, issues, bottlenecks and decision points.
  • Prepare governance updates, progress reports and Group MT HR materials as relevant.

What we offer you

  • Competitive hourly rate depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • Start 1 July for half a year, 16–32 hours per week, depending on the project phase.
  • Hybrid way of working, partly from home and partly from the office.
  • International working environment with loads of knowledge sharing.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in PMO and project management is required.
  • Experience in complex, international project environments, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong execution focus, able to drive progress and enforce ownership.
  • Hands-on, proactive and results oriented.
  • Skilled in structuring complexity and bringing clarity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • HR domain knowledge is a pre, but not a must.

Who you will work with

The NN Group Reward team is part of the HR Center of Expertise that is responsible for realising the HR ambitions and strategy by offering high quality products and services to the business units.

For the Reward team, this includes topics such as overall global remuneration standards, ensuring compliance with remuneration regulations, employment conditions for employees within and outside the Netherlands, and projects such as the implementation of the new Global Job Framework. It is a business-driven department with a professional consultancy role for the business.

In this role, you will work with a wide variety of colleagues from different HR departments, including digital and communications, local project managers, HR directors and Business Partners collaborating on this project.
