Brand Management Intern – Kylie and Lancaster

The Internship

We are seeking a Brand Management intern to strengthen our Marketing team. This is a role in which you will support Brand Managers in developing groundbreaking campaigns and bringing bold ideas to life. In our dynamic environment, you will quickly learn the ins and outs of both Brand Management and Trade Marketing—bridging the gap between marketing and sales.

You will develop digital campaigns designed to remain top-of-mind with consumers and disrupt the beauty market. It is a multifaceted role where you will engage with every facet of marketing. For instance, one day you might be working on an e-commerce plan for a retailer, and the next, on the launch of a new product. In short: no two days are the same in this internship!

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinating and delivering all assets and marketing materials for all retailers, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
  • Rolling out product launches, including implementing support plans, creating product presentations, and preparing sales materials.
  • Devising recommendations to optimize our e-commerce business.
  • Coordinating brand activations and promotional campaigns.
  • Conducting competitor and promotional analyses based on consumer and retailer insights.
  • Maintaining international contact with our headquarters in Paris.

What do you bring to the table?

  • A passion for beauty—specifically within the luxury segment.
  • You are a university-level student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Economics, or Consumer Psychology (preferred).
  • Some knowledge of and experience in Project Management.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Team player: energetic with strong communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented and creative in generating new ideas.
  • Proactive and hands-on.
  • Organized and structured approach to work.
  • Available full-time starting August 1, 2026 (a later start date may be possible upon consultation).
  • Duration: 6 months.
