What you will do

• Take ownership of customer requests to find short- and long-term solutions to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction.
• Support customers with complex information requests about the platform, corporate actions, transfers of securities, resolution of trading disputes and more.
• Take the lead when assigned to different specialized sub-teams responsible for providing long-term solutions for recurring challenges.
• Effectively communicate with and escalate to different departments to resolve trading-related requests.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree and a strong affinity with financial markets. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Native-level Dutch speaker.
• Fluent in English.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Good understanding of financial products and affinity with the financial markets.
• Energetic team player with excellent communication skills.
• Available to work evenings occasionally.
