Support the commercial growth of Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics across Europe by combining sales activities, customer follow-up, marketing support, and commercial analytics. You will work closely with sales managers and account teams across different countries to help identify commercial opportunities, follow up with customers, support upselling activities, and contribute to campaigns that drive adoption of AM&D solutions. This internship offers strong exposure to international sales, marketing execution, customer engagement, and data-driven commercial decision-making within a fast-growing healthcare technology business.

Start Date: as soon as possible (no later than September 2026)

Duration: at least 6 months

Type: Internship (thesis possible, but not primary focus)

Your role:

  • Supporting the sales team in identifying, prioritizing, and following up on commercial opportunities across International Markets.
  • Helping drive upsell and cross-sell activities within the existing AM&D installed base.
  • Following up with customers and prospects, in coordination with local sales managers and account teams.
  • Supporting lead generation activities, including customer segmentation, opportunity mapping, and pipeline follow-up.
  • Preparing customer and market insights to help sales teams focus on the right accounts and opportunities and help with day-to-day reporting.
  • Supporting marketing and sales campaigns, including campaign preparation, follow-up tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborating with sales managers in different countries to provide visibility on commercial progress and support local execution.
  • Participating in strategic commercial projects to improve business performance or explore new growth opportunities.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • You have strong commercial mindset and interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
  • You are comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, customers or prospects.
  • You have good analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear commercial insights.
  • You have strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, CRM systems, or sales dashboards is a plus.
  • You have a good level of English, as this will be the day-to-day working language. Native Dutch speaking is a pre.
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, or patient monitoring is a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
