Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to be the owner of the supply master plan of your value stream, managing the end-to-end supply network to best serve our customers.

You are responsible for

  • Oversee, prepare, and update short- and long-term end-to-end supply network plans for your value stream(s) using advanced planning systems and analytical tools while optimizing supply chain resources and guaranteeing availability of Finished Goods (FG) and Key Modules (KM).
  • Share the regional focus with GSP, managing the global supply network and adopting systems, policies, and processes to deliver optimal planning results.
  • Lead your value stream in supply review meetings during S&OP, and work with supply chain and business leadership during the meetings to discuss potential opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with supply parties and markets to deliver the optimized supply plan and supply chain performance.
  • Coordinate and escalate the structural scarcity process to the S&OP Value Stream Lead. Propose priorities and execute the agreed direction with the factory operational team and the market.
  • Manage the relationship with the BU S&OP Value Stream Lead as first point of contact toward the business.
  • Manage relationships with OEMs, Business Units, operational teams (production planners, OMM planners, other Global Master Planners (GMP)), commercial teams, and other stakeholders to create a long- and mid-term perspective on the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Oversee and, where required, challenge information impacting planning outcomes received from IPC factory and OEMs, such as capacity and lead times.

You are a part of

You lead the supply planning of your value stream and work together with supply planners, production planners, and material management to make the best supply plan for your value stream.

You are part of a team of other GMPs and GSPs, each working in their own value streams. You report to the Supply Planning Leader Europe.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Inventory Management System.
  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. This is an office-based role, which means working in person at least 3 days per week.

This role requires three days in the office, preferably a mix between Amsterdam and Drachten. Willingness to travel for supplier visits for better cooperation is required, though not frequently.
