As an IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology within IAM. Your work will directly impact all Rabobank employees, ensuring flawless IT fulfilment, specifically focused on IAM 4 Employees.

You and your job

As Senior Business Analyst IAM, you won’t be a mere observer; you’ll actively shape the demand for technology in the world Rabobank is operating in. You’re surrounded by a dynamic team committed to pushing technology boundaries. With your collaborative mindset you are the one that bridges the gap between business and IT. You analyse requirements and engineer efficient business solutions and processes and together with your Product Owner, define the target state and develop plans to achieve it.

Practical Examples

  • Understand complex business problems and recommend solutions through processes and systems
  • Translate business requirements into designs aligned with the chosen business and IT architecture framework
  • Ensure the DevOps team has the right information to translate capabilities towards a solution design
  • Support IAM solutions and employee access management within Rabobank

Top 3 responsibilities

  • You translate high-level complex targets into designs and a blueprint for solutions, aligning with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders
  • You develop cross-domain solutions with high-value outcomes
  • You work independently within the general departmental objectives and are responsible for planning and organizing activities within your own department

Besides that, you will be a sparring partner for business, the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders. You will stay abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these into the execution of your designs. You will also play a key role in ensuring the DevOps team has the right information to translate your capabilities towards a solution design.

You and your talent

  • Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise
  • CISSP and GSEC certified
  • Knowledge and implementation experience with the usual IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning and single sign-on, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, and SCIM
  • Strong creation and writing skills
  • Excellent communication in English is required
  • Requirement analysis (Master)
  • Networking (Experienced)
