At Lely, we are building the next step in our commercial model. E-commerce is a key part of that: enabling farmers to easily purchase consumables and easily access what they need through our online store, while supporting Lely Centers with a scalable, digital channel.

We are looking for an Online Store Manager who will own and improve the performance of the Lely Store in practice. This is a hands-on ownership role, focused on execution, performance and making the platform work for customers and Lely Centers.

You are responsible for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the Lely Store.

You make sure:

  • the platform runs smoothly
  • customers can easily order and use it
  • Lely Centers are supported in using the channel
  • performance improves continuously

Your responsibilities

Own the online store

  • Manage daily operations across markets and Lely Centers
  • Ensure product catalogues, pricing and availability are correct
  • Identify and solve issues in flows, orders and content
  • Drive commercial performance

Improve conversion, repeat orders and adoption

  • Monitor and act on KPIs (conversion rate, order frequency, revenue, usage)
  • Translate insights into concrete improvements
  • Make the store work for farmers and LCs

Optimize usability for real-life farm usage (fast, practical, reliable)

  • Improve key flows (repeat ordering, subscriptions, service interaction)
  • Gather feedback and translate it into improvements
  • Coordinate execution across teams

Work closely with marketing, logistics, clusters and Lely Centers

  • Align campaigns, product availability and customer journeys
  • Ensure plans actually land in the store
  • Drive continuous improvement

Identify opportunities to improve performance and flows

  • Work with Product / IT to implement changes
  • Act as the business owner of the platform

Wat is jouw ervaring?

You are a hands-on, commercially driven professional who likes to take ownership and improve things in practice.

You have:

  • 5+ years experience in e-commerce / digital commerce / online retail operations
  • Strong understanding of online buying journeys and conversion
  • A data-driven mindset (you turn data into action)
  • Experience with CMS, product data and platform management
  • Strong stakeholder skills (without formal authority)

You are:

  • practical and structured
  • focused on execution and results
  • comfortable working without direct reports
  • motivated to make things work in real-life situations
