Join JBT Marel as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and help elevate recruitment strategy across the EMEA region.

In this role, you are responsible for providing talent acquisition expertise for hiring managers in the EMEA region, covering employer branding, sourcing strategies, resource planning, talent pooling, and recruitment process management.

As our new TA Business Partner, you will manage talent acquisition for positions within our Service function. Using innovative sourcing strategies and methodologies, you will attract, identify, source, and select appropriately skilled candidates and communicate with each candidate in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

You will act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business while managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Work with Hiring Managers to ensure the right talent is in the right roles, with a specific focus on positions within the service function, for example Field Service Engineers, Process Technologists, Field Service Managers, and Customer Care.
  • Use workforce planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure the volume and priorities for the team are clear.
  • Be a strategic business partner with leaders, hiring managers, and HR on job descriptions, compensation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate attraction.
  • Identify innovative candidate channels to meet the needs for JBT Marel’s most challenging service roles.
  • Continuously develop networks and partnerships to actively build a pipeline of candidates and promote the JBT Marel brand.
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as phone screens, candidate interviews, recommending final selection of applicants, and closing qualified candidates.

About You

You are a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across the business.

  • Ability to travel at least twice a week to our office in Boxmeer to meet stakeholders and candidates.

Education, Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience recruiting talent, preferably within the EMEA region.
  • Advanced understanding of, and experience in, international recruitment.
  • Knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online and social media recruiting.
  • Proven ability to communicate and effectively sell an organization’s value proposition.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with reading and writing skills.
  • We consider candidates with both corporate recruitment and agency experience.
