As a Legal Assistant, you support the lawyers working in the department in their tasks, with an emphasis on the administration and archiving of the agreements concluded by Armada Music. You do this using the contract management system. You also take care of the financial processing of the contract data. In this role you are in contact with artists and their management and you are an important link between various departments.

What will you be doing?

• Draft and negotiate basic agreements;
• Keep track of expiring agreements;
• Be responsible for creating various internal reports;
• Administrate and archive the agreements;
• Take care of the catalog administration;
• Summarize the core terms of contracts in so-called Royalty Summary Memos (RSM).

Who we are looking for?

• You have a relevant degree (HBO level or higher) in law;
• You have 1-3 years of experience working in a legal position;
• You have knowledge of contract management systems;
• You have good knowledge of Excel;
• You have a good numerical understanding and well-developed analytical ability;
• You work independently, but are also a team player;
• You have good attention to detail and are able to multitask;
• You are a master of English and Dutch languages in word and writing;
