A day in your life with us

As a Commercial Activity Leader, you optimize IKEA’s sales and profitability by attracting more visitors to the store. You work together with the commercial team at IKEA Duiven to lead and implement the commercial calendar. This challenge requires a flexible person who can apply their knowledge of the IKEA product range, the local market, competitors, and customers.

Start as a Commercial Activity Leader and you will receive:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,021 and €4,256, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• A 13th month salary and 8% holiday allowance.
• An additional allowance if you work irregular hours.
• A collective bonus scheme.
• Public transport commuting costs are fully reimbursed. If you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store, you can also opt for a lease bike. If you travel by car, you receive a commuting allowance of up to €243 per month.
• 15% staff discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.
