The role

The Executive Reward & Share Plans Analyst provides analytical, operational and reporting support across two closely linked areas:

  2. Global share plan administration and delivery

The role reports to the Head of Executive Reward and also works closely with the Global Share Plans Manager, enabling focus on governance, strategy, regulatory positioning and stakeholder engagement. This role is execution focused, detail driven and analytical, with exposure to senior stakeholders, confidential data and board level processes.

What you'll be responsible for

Executive Reward & Remuneration Support

  • Support the Head of Executive Reward and Global Head of Reward with analysis and preparation of executive remuneration materials.
  • Assist in the maintenance and execution of executive reward models, including fixed pay, annual bonus and long term incentive frameworks.
  • Prepare calculations, scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses for executive incentive outcomes.
  • Support annual and cyclical remuneration processes, including pay reviews, incentive target setting and outcome validation.
  • Assist with preparation of papers and supporting analysis for the Remuneration Committee.
  • Support the production of executive remuneration disclosures for the Annual Report and AGM materials.
  • Help maintain documentation in line with governance requirements, internal controls and audit standards.

Share Plan Operations & Event Support

  • Support the execution of global share plan events, including grants, vestings, exercises and releases.
  • Assist with data collection, validation and reconciliation ahead of key share plan events and payroll cut offs.
  • Perform regular data quality checks across equity platforms and internal datasets.
  • Prepare and distribute supporting files for payroll, finance, tax, HR and reward teams.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of awards, participant populations and event timelines.

Reporting, Analysis & Controls

  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports on share plans and executive reward outcomes for senior stakeholders.
  • Support analysis of vesting populations, leavers, good leaver treatment and award movements.
  • Maintain tracking files, dashboards and control spreadsheets across share plans and executive remuneration.
  • Support internal sign off processes by ensuring data accuracy, version control and audit trails.

Stakeholder & Employee Support

  • Support employee share plan queries, providing clear and customer focused responses.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders across Reward and broader HR.
  • Handle confidential executive and employee data with discretion and professionalism at all times.

We're looking for someone who

  • Strong Excel skills with confidence working with large and complex datasets.
  • High attention to detail and a strong data accuracy mindset.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work to event driven and governance led timelines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply.
  • Comfortable handling highly confidential executive and employee information.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience in executive reward, share plans, remuneration, or finance analysis gained either in-house or within consulting.
  • Exposure to executive remuneration, incentive plans or governance processes.
  • Experience supporting board or committee materials, including Remuneration Committee.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms, preferably EquatePlus.
  • Exposure to global or multi country datasets and stakeholders.
