Are you passionate about iconic brands and the power of marketing to move people? As a Global Brand Management Intern for Birra Moretti at HEINEKEN, you will be at the heart of building one of the most-loved global premium beer brands.

“Working on Birra Moretti gave me the opportunity to contribute to an amazing international brand, while learning how global brand strategies and initiatives are developed, adapted and brought to life across different markets!”

You’ll support a wide range of brand-building activities, from global campaigns and innovation projects to consumer activations and market collaboration initiatives that help grow Birra Moretti worldwide. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in global brand strategy, creative development, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading FMCG company.

The internship

As our Global Brand Management Intern, you will:

  • Contribute to trade and consumer activations, helping to translate the brand strategy into engaging ON and off trade POSM, event, and shopper marketing experiences
  • Support innovation projects, helping to develop and launch new products or brand extensions that bring the authentic Italian taste experience to new occasions and audiences
  • Contribute to brand governance by supporting the maintenance of brand guidelines, toolkits, and asset management to ensure consistency across all markets and touchpoints
  • Help shape internal and external communications for the team, including preparing presentations, market updates and other relevant material that keep stakeholders aligned and inspired

Your new team and workplace

We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcome fresh, new ideas with open arms. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you.

The unique you!

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn within an international and fast-paced environment

  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management or creative collaboration tools is a plus
