We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven sales leader to join our Endoscopy division as Regional Sales Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Sales Representative ready to step into leadership, or an established Sales Manager seeking a broader strategic challenge within a fast-paced, high-performing medical technology environment.

In this role, you will lead and develop a talented regional sales team while driving sustainable business growth across our Endoscopy portfolio, including Visualization and Sports Medicine solutions. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer partnerships, accelerating market penetration, and delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

You will report directly to the Business Unit Manager, Endoscopy Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to achieve and exceed business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and deliver against quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Manage forecasting accuracy, equipment utilization, recurring revenue pipelines, and regional profitability
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to accelerate market growth across the portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and clinical stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for both current and future technologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Contracts & Pricing, Customer Service, Compliance, and Finance to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy
  • Lead with integrity and uphold the highest ethical standards aligned with company values

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a proven track record of delivering consistent commercial results
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential
  • Strong commercial and business acumen with experience managing revenue growth and profitability
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 60%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Science, Business, Medical, Scientific, or Technical disciplines
  • Experience within the Medical Technology or Healthcare industry
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a sales team
  • Knowledge of Endoscopy, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or Surgical technologies
  • Fluent French is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Information

This position requires regular travel across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, including overnight stays for customer visits and business activities.
