What will you do?

As an M&A analyst, you support and contribute to deal execution and advisory projects across sectors such as Business Services, Software & IT Services, and Industrial Services.

Your work includes:

  • Performing in-depth financial and market analyses and translating insights into clear recommendations
  • Supporting the preparation of information memoranda, pitch materials and client presentations
  • Working on valuations and financial models
  • Conducting sector research and benchmarking market developments
  • Supporting data room management and transaction processes
  • Assisting in client communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Monitoring progress, deadlines and deliverables within projects

You’ll work closely with colleagues across levels and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.

What do you bring?

  • Strong analytical skills and interest in finance, strategy and business dynamics
  • Solid communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • A structured and accurate way of working
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Experience in M&A, corporate finance, consultancy or similar (e.g. internships or work experience)
  • Experience with financial modelling or valuation
  • A relevant academic background
