This position is based on a Dutch employment contract. The stated salary range reflects Dutch compensation structures and forms part of an attractive overall package that includes additional benefits. As tax and social security systems differ between countries, salary levels are only partly comparable.

About the role:

In this role, you will be at the intersection of accounting and project management, contributing to the continuous evolution of our finance landscape. You will work on a variety of finance-related projects and improvement initiatives, helping to shape more efficient processes and support the implementation of new systems and ways of working.

Collaborating closely with Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders, you will turn ideas into practical solutions and support their successful execution. With your expertise, you will help drive transparency, structure, and progress across projects while ensuring alignment with financial standards and compliance requirements.

About your tasks:

• Drive finance-related transformation projects and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Perform issue tracking, risk management, and project governance.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all involved project members and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and support the adoption of new systems and ways of working.
• Ensure that solutions align with financial processes and compliance requirements.

About you:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field, with solid understanding of financial processes and structures.
• Approx. five years of experience either in project management within finance/accounting or in accounting operations with a strong involvement in projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured working style, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions and solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different functions and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in finance.
