Squad Coach | Senior Team Member

You're the person who keeps the squad moving — and growing.

As Squad Coach, you are the central point of contact within the team. Not by directing from above, but by working alongside your colleagues. You bring structure, clarity and momentum, handling prioritization, problem-solving and continuous improvement while contributing as an experienced senior team member.

What will you do?

You coach, inspire and challenge. You create an environment where people bring out the best in themselves, tackle challenges head-on and keep growing. Working closely with other Squad Coaches and Unit Leads — both on and off site — you make sure the squad always has the support and resources it needs to perform at its best.

In practice, that means:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for task and project prioritization, conflict resolution and day-to-day problem-solving on behalf of the squad
  • Optimizing team performance through empowerment, coaching with intention and delivering honest feedback
  • Applying DSO principles and modeling VACC behaviors in everything you do
  • Representing People Services with commercial Unit Leads where needed
  • Maintaining strong ties across squads and units to keep the team moving forward
  • Building a reliable connection between the squad and the wider organization

The common thread? Bringing calm and clarity when the pressure is on — every single day.

Who are you?

You communicate with confidence and clarity, whether you're in conversation with an agile team or presenting to senior stakeholders. You're a natural collaborator who also knows how to operate independently — decisive when needed, and humble enough to bring in the right expertise for the benefit of both the business and the people in it.

Most importantly, you genuinely believe in the growth of others and are driven to help every team member reach their full potential. Being multilingual is a real advantage in this role.
