The role

The Lead Facilities & Maintenance Integration Manager (all genders) is a key leadership role responsible for driving facilities and maintenance excellence across HelloFresh’s international operations. You will lead the integration of new facilities, equipment, and technologies, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic engineering initiatives and operational improvements across our network.

As the owner of the international F&M improvement program, you will drive standardization, operational excellence, and engineering best practices while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Automation, and Health & Safety teams. This highly visible international role plays a critical part in scaling our operations, improving asset performance, and supporting both existing and new sites across Europe.

Reporting to: Senior Director of Facilities & Maintenance - International

What you'll do

• Lead the integration and delivery of Facilities & Maintenance projects across our international network, including site expansions, automation initiatives, equipment upgrades, and new facility launches.
• Own the international F&M improvement roadmap, driving engineering standards, maintenance strategies, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute the long-term F&M strategy while delivering complex CapEx projects and strategic engineering initiatives.
• Act as the subject matter expert for F&M-related projects, providing technical leadership, governance, and change management support.
• Drive sustainability, energy management, and compliance programs, while building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting operational excellence across the network.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in Facilities & Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, Reliability, or a related operational environment, ideally within highly automated industries such as FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or food production.
• Proven success leading complex CapEx projects, engineering programs, and multi-site operational initiatives.
• Strong technical, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels.
• A data-driven and solutions-oriented mindset, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field, excellent English communication skills, and willingness to travel regularly across our international network.

Nice to have: Leadership experience, new site launch or automation project experience, ISO 50001 or sustainability expertise, project management certifications, and additional European language skills.
