At Coty in Amsterdam HQ, we are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst Intern who wants to develop strong analytical and business skills within our Revenue Growth Management Europe team. You will gain hands-on experience with pricing, promotions, mix analytics and business performance tracking, working closely with multifunctional teams across Europe.

Responsibilities

The scope covers:

  • Conduct analyses combining internal and external data (sell-in, sell-out, market, pricing, promotion, financial and non-financial KPIs).
  • Support the evaluation of promotional schemes and ROI per brand, customer or pack type.
  • Share analysis, insights and best practices with local markets.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of RGM initiatives across markets.
  • Participate in special RGM or transformation projects (e.g., tool harmonization, standardization initiatives, documentation and training).

You are a Coty fit if you

  • Study in the field of Business, Finance, Economics.
  • Have advanced Excel skills and are comfortable working with large datasets. Experience with Power BI is a pre.
  • Are inquisitive by nature and capable of spotting trends in complex data and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Are fluent in English.
