As our intern within the local HR team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within a global and dynamic HQ office where you will work in a fast-paced and international environment. Your role will be part of the local HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, and you will be working closely together on daily business partnering activities and projects. This is a unique opportunity to see the full spectrum of HR work – from attracting and engaging talent to supporting employee lifecycle activities – all while building your professional skills in a fast-paced business.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will actively engage and build relationships with internal and external partners to align HR topics and business needs. Additionally, you will be working closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partners on important projects, where you get the opportunity to play an active role. Next to this you will be an incremental support on other daily operational activities.

Your main responsibilities will look like this:

  • Support the HRBP team with daily HR activities and projects.
  • Assist HRBPs with day-to-day HR activities such as preparing employee communications, maintaining HR data, and tracking key actions.
  • Support in the execution of HR projects (e.g., engagement initiatives, training coordination, learning & development projects, retention initiatives and more).
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports to support HR decision-making.
  • Build relationships and maintain connections with business stakeholders to spot opportunities for changes and improvement.

Working for Coty means working in an open, agile, proactive and international environment. We like to work together as a team. Also, you will be part of, and leading, our intern community in which we work hard but don’t forget to have fun.

Our local HR team consists of a Senior HR Director and 2 HR Business Partners. You will work closely together with our HR Operations team members as well as with several other departments such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development and Global HR. All your colleagues are very driven and have a growth mindset. Working in the team, you immediately feel the enthusiasm and passion.

“It has been an incredibly enriching journey. I’ve gained ample opportunities to learn and take ownership, all while receiving unwavering support and guidance from my team. I cherished the opportunity of being involved in some challenging yet enjoyable projects, turning ideas into actionable plans.”
