About the Role

Are you a commercially driven professional who knows how to open doors and keep them open? TriGlobal is looking for a Senior Sales & Account Management Representative to take ownership of our Spanish and Latin American markets, combining strategic new business development with hands-on partner retention and growth.

This is not a standard sales role. Beyond the day-to-day work of building and managing a partner portfolio, there is real scope here to shape the direction of these markets. If you can identify where TriGlobal has room to grow and then drive that growth forward, you will have the platform and the backing to do it. The right person will influence not just their own numbers, but how we approach an entire region.

You will be expected to independently identify opportunities, proactively reach out to prospective moving companies, onboard new partners, and build lasting relationships that drive long-term revenue. At the same time, you'll be the primary point of contact for existing partners across Spain and Latin America, keeping them engaged, successful, and growing with us.

You will report to both the Sales Manager and the Partner Desk Manager, giving you visibility across the commercial and operational sides of the business from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • New business development: Proactively identify, approach, and qualify new moving company partners across Spain and Latin America through outreach, market research, and industry events.
  • Partner onboarding: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
  • Account management & retention: Manage an existing portfolio of partners, conducting regular check-ins, identifying growth opportunities, and addressing issues before they become risks.
  • Market development: Develop a clear, data-informed view of where TriGlobal can have the greatest impact across ES and LATAM markets, and use that insight to shape teamwide strategy, not just your own pipeline.
  • Commercial influence: Bring ideas to the table. If you see a gap, a trend, or an opportunity that the business isn't yet acting on, you'll be expected and encouraged to make the case for it.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across sales, operations, and the Partner Desk to align on strategy and share market intelligence.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a combined role with a track record of managing the full commercial cycle.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. These are the primary working languages for this role. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus given the LATAM scope.
  • A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline without constant direction, and knows when to escalate.
  • Commercially sharp, you understand what drives partner behaviour across different markets, and how to navigate cultural and commercial nuance across the Spanish-speaking world.
  • An interest in, or appetite for, more than just hitting targets: you want to understand the market deeply and contribute to how TriGlobal grows within it.
  • Based in or willing to commute to Dordrecht on a hybrid basis. We're ideally looking for candidates from the Rotterdam area.
  • Experience in the moving, logistics, or relocation industry is a genuine plus but not a dealbreaker for the right candidate.
