We are looking for a RevOps Engineer to build and own the GTM infrastructure that connects marketing, sales, and customer success into one revenue machine. You will lead our CRM migration to Attio, design AI-powered workflows, and run experiments that turn data into better decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already built this before and is genuinely excited about what AI makes possible in go-to-market today.

About Mapiq

Mapiq offers a next-generation Workplace Management Platform that unifies workplace data in one place, harnessing AI to generate actionable insights and equipping teams with tools to continuously enhance the employee experience through data.

Your role at Mapiq

The RevOps Engineer is a new role at Mapiq. As our RevOps Engineer, you will be the architect of our GTM (AI) infrastructure: the systems, automations, and data flows that connect marketing, sales, and customer success into one coherent revenue machine. We are not looking for someone who just keeps our systems and data clean. We want the person who builds the engine that supports our growth.

We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to make Clay and AI-enriched outreach work because you already built it, measured it, and improved it. You know what a healthy CRM looks like, you have built automations that free up time for the team, and you run experiments to continuously improve conversion across the funnel.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to make sure every part of the funnel is instrumented, automated where it should be, and improving continuously.

Your most important responsibilities:

  • Lead our CRM migration. We are moving from Salesforce to Attio, and you will own this project end-to-end, from migrating data cleanly and rebuilding workflows to getting the commercial team up and running without losing momentum. This is one of the most impactful things you will do in your first six months.
  • Own the GTM tech stack. You manage and optimize the tools that run our revenue operations, from our CRM to Snitcher, Clay, Lemlist, and beyond. You are the go-to person when something breaks and the person who prevents it from breaking in the first place.
  • Build AI-powered workflows. You design and build automations that use AI to enrich data, personalize outreach at scale, and reduce manual work across the commercial team.
  • Run experiments and drive performance insights. You treat the funnel as something to improve, not just monitor. You set up structured experiments across channels, stages, and messaging, track what changes and why, and share clear findings with the team.
  • Build dashboards and reports that turn data into decisions and help us understand what is working and where to focus next.
  • Make the data trustworthy. You keep our CRM clean, our pipeline stages honest, and our reporting meaningful.
  • Support campaign execution. You work with Marketing and Sales to set up outbound campaigns, from domain and inbox configuration to sequence logic and A/B testing frameworks.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with more than 5 years of hands-on experience in a RevOps or GTM engineering role in a B2B SaaS environment. In your current or previous experience, you have actively embraced the shift in ways of working that came with AI rather than watched it from a distance.

Beyond that:

  • You have led or been closely involved in a CRM migration or major system implementation, and you know what it takes to bring a commercial team through that kind of change without losing data quality or adoption.
  • You have built or significantly improved a GTM tech stack, and you can walk us through the choices you made and why.
  • You use AI tools, such as Clay enrichment flows, LLM-assisted personalization, or automated scoring models, as a core part of how you work, not as an experiment.
  • You are fluent in at least one major CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, or similar) and understand data modelling, workflow rules, and pipeline reporting from the inside out.
  • You are comfortable working with APIs and tools like Zapier and N8N to connect systems and build automations. Experience building with Claude Code is a plus.
  • You are living and working in the Netherlands.

What to expect?

  • We embrace hybrid working and agreed to be 3 days in the office. We believe that magic happens when we work together as the total Mapiq team. This is why we have Thursday as our purposeful attendance office day.
  • Enjoy 1 month of workation from anywhere in the world.
  • We think work is about reaching goals and developing yourself professionally and personally. We care about your well-being and offer free mental health support.
  • We have 50+ employees who have built a strong community of board game enthusiasts, sports fanatics, coffee lovers, and more. Be yourself and have fun!
  • Competitive pay: to us, that means that we pay you what seems fair to us, based on your current experience and skills.
  • Please let us know if you think specific tools or devices should be part of your job offer. We will also provide you with €300 reimbursement to improve your home office, so you'll always be comfortable.
  • And of course, we provide a pension plan, 25 vacation days, and travel reimbursement.
