  • Establish effective program governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives.
  • Monitor program performance and proactively address risks, dependencies, and execution challenges to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure co-creation outputs are successfully integrated into R&D roadmaps and innovation pipelines.
  • Provide interim functional leadership to the MR R&D Co-Creation Team, supporting capability development, team engagement, resource planning, and operational excellence.

You're the Right Fit If

  • You hold a Master's or PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Radiology, or a related field.

  • You have a strong understanding of MR imaging technologies, clinical research methodologies, and the healthcare innovation landscape.
  • You have experience managing complex cross-functional programs and collaborating with external clinical and research partners.
  • You are skilled at stakeholder management and can effectively influence and align diverse groups within a matrix organization.
  • You combine strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • You are comfortable working in dynamic environments where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, PMP certification, or published MR research is considered an advantage.
