As Senior Director, Hotel Management Agreements (HMA), you'll sit at the heart of relationships with hotel owners, investors, lenders and partners across the portfolio, turning complex agreements into strong collaborations and helping everyone stay aligned on goals, performance and the bigger picture. From redevelopments and repositioning projects to hotel openings and post-opening support, you'll keep conversations moving and momentum building. Working closely with teams across Operations, Finance, Legal and Development, you'll help shape the future of the properties while keeping owners engaged, informed and excited about what's next. About the company

The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality company operating across The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way. What you'll do

  • Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, investors, lenders and asset managers across the portfolio
  • Lead owner meetings, governance forums and business reviews that keep everyone aligned and moving forward
  • Guide conversations around budgets, forecasts, capital investments, hotel performance and growth opportunities
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal and Development teams to bring projects from plan to reality
  • Coordinate owner involvement during redevelopments, repositioning projects, hotel openings and transitions
  • Support the rollout of reporting tools and systems that make collaboration smoother and more transparent
  • Oversee owner reporting, shareholder communication and governance requirements across different ownership structures
  • Help solve challenges quickly by bringing the right people together at the right time

What you'll have

  • 15+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel asset management, owner relations, real estate or HMA management
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, commercial performance and asset-light business models
  • Experience working with hotel owners, institutional investors and joint venture structures
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort discussing budgets, forecasts and investment plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence navigating complex conversations
  • A structured and pragmatic approach, with a talent for finding solutions when challenges arise
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • The role can be based in Amsterdam or Berlin and can involve some travel
