We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join us on our mission

As a Customer Onboarding Manager for Teamleader Orbit, you:

  • Own the onboarding experience: Guide new customers through a smooth, structured setup within the agreed timeframe, from implementation plan to go-live.

  • Train and activate: Run tailored training sessions across multiple channels (live sessions, videos, boards) so customers hit their first value milestone fast.

  • Build real relationships: Work closely with agency clients to make sure they love the product and hit their business goals.

  • Keep things sharp: Maintain accurate records and actively flag ways to improve internal processes.

  • Collaborate across teams: Stay closely aligned with Onboarding, Sales, and Support colleagues.

What makes you a great fit

  • You know your way around agencies and entrepreneurship. Talking to business owners, understanding their workflows, and spotting their needs comes naturally.

  • You have a commercial mindset. You're familiar with B2B sales and consultative selling, can advise business owners at a strategic level, and know how to translate complex challenges into tangible solutions. Bringing first value online is second nature to you.

  • You embrace digital tools. You have a strong affinity with cloud-based and SaaS applications; bonus points for basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

  • You're open to integrating AI tools into your workflow and see them as a way to work smarter.

  • You speak fluent Dutch and professional English: essential for serving our Belgian and Dutch clients.
