Reporting into the Food Preparation Product Director on a day to day basis, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives and value propositions are grounded in strong consumer, market, and competitor understanding.

About the role

Representing the consumer, supporting the development of competitive, relevant, and differentiated value propositions in the Food Preparation category. Managing cross functional collaboration to identify and address portfolio gaps, price partition opportunities, and emerging consumer needs. Reporting into the Food Preparation Product Director on a day to day basis, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives and value propositions are grounded in strong consumer, market, and competitor understanding.

The impact you’ll make

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of product category strategy by analyzing consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitors
  • Defining the portfolio gaps, assessing the size of the opportunities, and feeding innovation roadmap
  • Teaming up with Project Managers for product development projects and representing the consumer all along the project development
  • Developing consumer-centric, differentiating and compelling value propositions
  • Creating and owning the project business case to evaluate revenue, profitability and ROI
  • Briefing marketing and design teams on required assets and communication materials
  • Making post launch analysis to sharpen competitiveness
  • Monitoring the market performance of the category
  • Managing life-cycle activities

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years in product management
  • Project management experience
  • Degree in business or engineering
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience with complex innovation projects is a plus
