Your assignment

As an intern, you’ll support the Shopper Marketing Field Sales team, working closely with the Manager Shopper Marketing Field Sales. You will contribute to projects and shopper marketing activations that help our field salesforce of approximately 80 representatives drive impact with scale at Away From Home customers across channels such as horeca, on-the-go, quick service restaurants, and sports venues.

You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing shopper marketing activations with qualitative Point of Sale Materials (POSM).

  • Contributing to and assisting in the development of shopper marketing activations for Away From Home channels.
  • Supporting the Shopper Marketing Manager Field Sales in daily operations and project coordination.
  • Supporting the organization and execution of activations for a large field sales organization.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent activation across channels and customers.
  • Supporting in creating engaging content, including texts and visuals, for POS materials and activations such as posters, woblers, menu cards, menu deals, pavement board communication, and other signing and communication.
  • Optimizing future activations by analyzing results and identifying improvements based on field sales insights.

During your internship, you will actively contribute to the Shopper OBP Plan 2027, gaining exposure to strategic planning and helping translate plans into scalable field execution.

During your internship, you’ll work on some of our most iconic brands, including Coca-Cola, Fuze Tea, Monster, Powerade, and ARTD brands such as Bacardi-Coca-Cola.

Who are we looking for?

  • You’re currently pursuing an HBO or WO degree.
  • You have an affinity for marketing and commercial activities.
  • You’re familiar with tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
  • You take initiative, enjoy coming up with creative solutions, and thrive in collaborative environments.
  • You’re available from September 1, 2026, for at least 32 or 40 hours per week for a duration of 5 months.
  • You can express yourself in either Dutch or English.
  • You’re able to work from our Rotterdam headquarters and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model (approximately 60% office / 40% remote).
