We are looking for a Senior IT Security Supplier Auditor who enjoys deep dive analysis, working independently, and partnering with stakeholders to elevate security, compliance, and operational maturity. In this role, you will lead end to end security and compliance audits across systems, processes, SaaS platforms, and internal controls. Your job

As a Senior IT Security Supplier Auditor, you will:

  • Plan and execute risk based, end to end audits across systems, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and processes.
  • Deeply analyze security controls, configurations, access management, workflows, logs, and data flows.
  • Identify security gaps, control weaknesses, and emerging risks, and assess their business impact.
  • Collect, review, and document audit evidence using both manual techniques and security tooling.
  • Produce clear, high quality audit reports with practical recommendations and remediation guidance.
  • Present findings to Security, IT, Compliance, and Business stakeholders in a clear and convincing way.
  • Support and validate remediation efforts, ensuring improvements are implemented effectively.

Working environment

You will join the Supply Chain Security (SCS) team, part of the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) department, within the Cyber Defence grid. CISO is responsible for the bank's information security globally, across all subsidiaries and countries. The grid Cyber Defence is responsible for the security operations activities of ABN AMRO, and within our team we continuously provide visibility into the security posture of the vendors of ABN AMRO. The Supply Chain Security team members are experienced in information security and vendor relations.

The SCS team currently consists of 20 members with different nationalities and is ready for further expansion. The working language within the team is English.

Your profile

You work independently and take ownership from scoping through reporting. You have a sharp eye for detail combined with the ability to see the bigger risk landscape. You have confidence in communicating complex technical findings to non technical stakeholders. On top you describe yourself as a person who has a continuous improvement mindset and passion for security excellence.

To be succesfull in this position you must recognize yourself in the following requirements:

  • 10+ years working experience in IT Audit within information security.
  • Big-4 experience or within comparable complex financial organizations is a big plus.
