You also support supplier discussions related to logistics performance, compliance, and cost-to-serve optimization.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a Supply & Operations Planning team (4+ specialists), focusing on capability building and performance management
  • Translating demand signals into actionable planning decisions across inventory and capacity constraints
  • Coordinating cross-functional planning processes between commercial, warehousing, and international supply chain stakeholders
  • Resolving structural and operational bottlenecks in the supply chain through data-driven problem solving
  • Driving end-to-end performance improvements based on KPI analysis and operational insights
  • Supporting external supplier discussions on logistics performance, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Embedding continuous improvement practices within the S&OP process and wider supply chain organization
