About the role

Impact Hub Amsterdam is looking for a Senior Venture Support Manager who wants to help shape how impact ventures grow, and how ecosystems around them evolve.

In this role, you will design, lead, and continuously evolve venture support programmes that sit at the heart of systemic change. You will work across themes such as regenerative food systems, circular textiles, construction materials, inclusive economies, and other emerging impact sectors.

You will operate where entrepreneurship meets impact and systems change, building programmes that don’t just support startups, but actively shape markets.

This is a senior role where you will take ownership of multiple programmes, including portfolio-level P&L responsibility, and contribute directly to the strategic direction of the Venture Support portfolio and the wider organisation.

What you will do

Shape and deliver venture programmes

Design and lead accelerator and venture support programmes that help impact entrepreneurs grow from early traction to scalable impact. Continuously improve programmes based on feedback, market signals, and impact outcomes to ensure relevance, quality, and measurable results.

Build ecosystems and strategic partnership

Work closely with investors, corporates, governments, and ecosystem partners to create meaningful pathways for ventures to grow. Connect entrepreneurs to capital, expertise, and strategic opportunities that unlock real-world scale.

Drive strategy and business development

Identify emerging trends in impact entrepreneurship and translate them into new programmes, partnerships, and revenue opportunities. Contribute to proposals, strategic partnerships, and long-term positioning of Impact Hub Amsterdam in the ecosystem.

Coach, collaborate and strengthen the organisation

Support and collaborate with colleagues across programmes, partnerships, and communications, as well as with international Impact Hub partners. Act as a connector and enabler across teams, sharing knowledge and strengthening collective capability.

Who you are

You are passionate about contributing to a sustainable future through impact entrepreneurship and systems change.

You recognise yourself in the following:

• You have 8+ years of experience in programme, venture building, or a similar field.
• You have a strong affinity with and network in sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
• You understand impact investing and how startups move from early stage to scale.
• You are experienced in business development and partnership building.
• You think strategically but enjoy getting things done in practice.
• You are energized by building relationships across diverse stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
• You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense for commercial opportunities in impact-driven environments.
• You are comfortable operating in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
• You have experience coaching colleagues and teams.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
