Why we are here
Tony’s Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too.
Job description

You enable effective resource allocation, drive structured decision-making through stage-gate processes, and lead medium-to-high complexity operational projects end-to-end. Through strong planning, stakeholder alignment, and proactive problem-solving, you ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, within budget, and aligned with business case targets, contributing directly to supply chain optimization, cost savings and growth enablement. In this role you will report to the Head of Manufacturing and Engineering.
All wrapped up, in this role you will

- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align and guide stakeholders across Product, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Own supply chain impact: Assess and manage end-to-end project impact across the full supply chain, from production through to customers, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
- Build and track business cases: Develop robust top-down and bottom-up business cases, validate assumptions with Finance, and monitor post-launch performance against targets.
- Manage risks and decision-making: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and prepare clear recommendations to support timely and effective decision-making.
- Communicate and engage stakeholders: Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes, ensuring alignment and clarity across all levels of the organization.
- Support and elevate ways of working: Guide teams in using the right tools, templates, and processes, continuously improving project management practices across Operations.
