In deze client-facing rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven van solution- en transformatienarratieven binnen Pharma commercial transformation binnen Capgemini NCE SBU. Je ontwikkelt oplossingen die succesvolle product launches, omnichannel engagement en data-driven commercial excellence mogelijk maken. De rol is centraal in het winnen en uitbreiden van grote commercial- en customer engagement-deals, waarbij je capabilities uit verschillende Capgemini business lines samenbrengt en de nieuwste technologieën inzet, waaronder Agentic AI.

Role Purpose

Client-facing rol met eigenaarschap over de solution- en transformation narrative in Pharma commercial transformation, door oplossingen vorm te geven die succesvolle product launches, omnichannel engagement en data-driven commercial excellence mogelijk maken.

Domain Scope

Commercial Strategy and Launch Excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and co-own strategic pursuits with Sales and Account teams, acting as the lead domain solution authority
  • Define end-to-end target architectures combining business, technology, and operating model perspectives
  • Lead client-facing visioning, roadmap, and solution-definition workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Articulate clear value propositions and business cases linked to measurable outcomes
  • Lead functional domain squad from different Capgemini business lines in domain scope in NCE LS Domain sales hub
  • Contribute to Capgemini’s domain-specific point of view, offers, and go-to-market messaging
  • Partner with global domain industry leads and delivery teams to create reusable solution assets and patterns

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences consulting with focus in domain scope
  • Proven track record in shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals
  • Strong Life Sciences domain credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Experience translating business strategy into compelling solution visions and architectures
  • Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI application in domain scope
  • Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and senior executive level
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and shape solutions where no blueprint exists
