Job description

Are you a strategic marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action and driving measurable commercial impact? At Karsten International, we are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to strengthen and elevate our B2B marketing capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified B2B leads, and optimize sell-through performance. You will work closely with Buying, Sales, and Product teams, acting as the connecting link that ensures alignment across the entire commercial cycle.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies by using channels such as social media, content, CRM, email campaigns and lead generation to build brand awareness and attract new business customers.
  • Own and improve the Buying-to-Sales conversion cycle by connecting Buying and Sales teams from a marketing perspective, making sure marketing insights, campaigns and commercial plans flow through effectively and translate into actual sell-through.
  • Manage the B2B Trade Calendar by planning ahead and coordinating trade fairs, customer events and key commercial moments so everything is prepared on time and runs smoothly.
  • Improve the B2B website and webshop by looking at user behaviour, identifying friction points and applying UX/UI improvements that help customers find products and convert more easily.
  • Prepare and support key Buying and commercial meetings by creating clear materials such as playbooks, sales sheets and presentations that help teams make better decisions and sell more effectively.
  • Use data and insights from campaigns, customers and webshop performance to spot opportunities, improve marketing activities and increase conversion and ROI over time.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 5-8 years in a similar all-round marketing role, preferably within wholesale, retail or B2B environments.
  • Strong experience with content creation, digital strategy and website optimization.
  • Experience with conversion optimization and digital funnel optimization.
