At Karl Lagerfeld, the Digital Wholesale Intern supports the Wholesale team with the day-to-day coordination of KARL LAGERFELD’s Digital Partners business to achieve the channel’s commercial and operational objectives. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, an interest in e-commerce and fashion, and a tech-savvy mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver support in developing digital wholesale business, including prospection and market research.
  • Support the digital wholesale portfolio through back- and front-office work, including sell-through tracking, sales analysis, illustrated buys, and sales appointments.
  • Optimize the sell-out approach for existing clients through performance and KPI monitoring.
  • Assist the wholesale team during sales campaigns by presenting seasonal collections to clients in the showroom, collecting orders, tracking OTBs, and maintaining showroom standards including visual merchandising and client reception.
  • Work closely with the operations team to track product flow.
  • Assist in overseeing commercial operations and marketing activations for key accounts.
  • Handle after-sales service for partners.
  • Manage orders, including order entry, SWAPs, reorders, and deliveries.
  • Analyse seasonal buys, identify key categories, products and trends, and collect and process customer feedback.
  • Distribute assets such as product linesheets, marketing assets, and product overviews.

The Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business, e-commerce, or fashion-related field.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written; an additional language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Proactive, well-organised, and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interest in fashion, wholesale, and e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.

Start date: August 3rd, 2026.
