Support the CHRO with a variety of tasks, as well as the COE Talent & Culture, especially around leadership topics. This is a development role for a talent that has the potential and ambition for accelerated growth further in HR.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the CHRO with a variety of tasks, like making presentations for senior management.
  • Support the roll out and activation of new leadership values.
  • Coordinate global leadership trainings and programs, including planning, scheduling, participant tracking, logistics, and materials.
  • Support measurement, feedback collection, and follow-up actions linked to leadership programs.
  • Manage projects, mostly around leadership topics, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
